Birthday Policies
Scheduling Your Party
We always recommend that you book your birthday party as far in advance as possible. We do occasionally book up on certain days and reservations are given on a first come, first serve basis. Some attractions at the park have height and weight restrictions for guest safety. Please check with park staff prior to booking if you have any concerns. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your choice. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
Party Payment
Only one form of payment from one person will be allowed at the time of check-in.
The Day Of Your Party
We recommend that the hosts have their party arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for adequate check-in-time. All party hosts should check in at the Ticket Window where the remaining balance must be paid in full. You will be given an information sheet regarding your party along with a map of where to go for your table time. Please note that the time you reserve for your event is the time scheduled for your table. Lockers to store presents will be available for rent at a discounted rate. The Beach Water Park will only store cakes and/or cupcakes.
Additional Guests
All adults and family members must have a waterpark ticket to attend the birthday party whether they are swimming or not. In order to receive our special discounted rate of $14.99 per person for these guests, their tickets must all be purchased at the same time as the remaining birthday party balance at check-in in the same payment. Additional food may be purchased during check-in or through your Celebration Expert.
Outside Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverage may be brought into the park except for birthday cakes or cupcakes (please note that ice cream is included in items not allowed). During the check-in process, your cake or cupcakes will be taken and stored in a secure place until your table time. We do not store Ice Cream Cakes, as we do not have the space. For safety concerns, no glassware of any kind is allowed.
Waterpark Attire
Appropriate wardrobe is required. The Beach Waterpark reserves the right to determine what is appropriate for admission into the park. No see-through or revealing clothing is allowed. Thongs, speedos and swimwear with rivets, zippers, belts, or chains are not permitted.
Life Vests
Life Vests are provided for rent free of charge. All children 3 years old and under are required to wear a life vest. No outside flotation devices are permitted.
